Collection and processing of personal data/server log files

When you visit our website, the web server automatically stores the

Data security and SSL encryption

This website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content such as orders or requests that you send to the website's operator. Contact form

Personal data that you provide in an encrypted contact form will only be collected and processed for the intended purpose. We will only disclose your data to third parties (for instance to ask the responsible data processor to comment on registered data) if you give us your consent.

You can get in touch with us through a web-based form. To use our contact form you will have to insert your name, address, message, start and end date of your rental contract and your e-mail address. You can provide further details but you are not obliged to do so. The legal basis for the processing of data is Art. 6 sect. 1 f GDPR. Your data will only be processed to reply to your inquiry. It will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required and if no legal retention period conflicts with it. If you wish to revoke your consent to the processing of the data you provided via the contact form please use the e-mail address given in the Imprint.

Please take into account that, despite encryption we cannot fully guarantee that your data is not accessible to unauthorized persons.


When you send us an e-mail your e-mail is directly fowarded to us and will only be used for our correspondence with you. We will not disclose your data to third parties without prior consultation with you

Data transfer to third parties/business partners

We transfer your data in the context of third party processing to service providers who support us in the operation of our websites and the related processes. We are cooperating with the following hosting service provider: Heart Internet Ltd. (Heart Internet Ltd is owned by Go Daddy Operating Company, LLC and is subject to the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework). 

Social media and YouTube

The website embeds YouTube videos. YouTube is owned by Google Inc., San Bruno/California, USA. We have designed the YouTube configurations for the embedded videos in a way that data minimization is observed.

On our websites you will find buttons to our social medial channels (Twitter, Facebook). These buttons are just external links and do not send information to the corresponding entities while you are using our sites. Only when clicking the buttons will you leave the sphere of action of our websites.

Right to information, erasure, blocking

You have the right to receive information, free of charge, about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing and, if applicable, you have the right to rectification, blocking or erasure of this data.
