The Registration

You can receive the complete rental documents directly from us. We are also happy to send you a printed copy.

Please complete and sign:

• Registration form
• Tenancy agreement
• Letting conditions/house rules
• Rent deposit
• Direct debit authorisation
• We also need a passport-sized photo of you
• The rental deposit must be paid upon collecting the keys at the reception
• Students living abroad have to transfer the deposit and the first month’s rent in advance
